How it works:
An embed is posted in the set monitor channel; every minute that embed is updated to post the new stats. An online/total ratio will also be displayed on the embed.
Setting up:
Managing monitor channel - $channel <mention/id>
Managing bots - $bots <no args>
Managing Sites - $sites <add/remove> <url>
